Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of the City
Council of the City of Falcon Heights, Minnesota, was held on the 29th day of
•scember, 1976.
The following members were present: Mayor Warkentien, Councilmen Black,
Ecklund, Steele and Labalestra and the following were absent: None.
Mayor Warkentien introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption.
RESOLUTION 76-l~0
A RESOLUTION APPROVING CHANGE ORDER #1,
CRAWFORD AVENUE STREET IMPROVEMENT,
MSAP 121-10lt-01, TO PROVIDE A SWALE AT
CRAWFORD AND ASBURY.
WHEREAS, the City of Falcon Heights has entered into a contract with
C. S. McCrossan, Inc. to improve Crawford Street from Snelling Drive to Arona
Avenue under MSAP 121.x-10l~-O1 and,
WHEREAS, the intersection of Asbury Street and Crawford Avenue does not
have proper flow for drainage and,
WFICREAS, the City Council of Falcon Heights is interested in correcting said
drainage problems,
NOW TfiEREF'ORE, .13E IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Falcon
eights hereby authorizes Change Order ,#1 in the amount of $805.00 to be added to
. S. McCrossan~s contract, which was awarded under MSAP 12l~-10l~-01.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by Councilman Labalestra and upon a vote being taken thereon, the following voted
in favor thereof: Mayor Warkentien, Councilmen Black, Ecklund, Steele and Labalestra
and the following voted against the same: None.
WHEREUPON, the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
