Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of the City
~" Council of the City of Falcon Heights, Minnesota was held on the 2gth day of
December, 1976.
The following members were present: Mayor Warkentien, Councilmen Black,
Ecklund, Steele and Labalestra and the following members were absent: None.
Councilman Black introduced the following motion and moved its adoption.
RESOLUTION 76-l~2
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CLERK -ADMINISTRATOR
TO CANCEL NUMEROUS CHECKS WHICH HAVE NOT CLEARED
THE NORTH STAR STATE BANK.
WHEREAS, the Clerk-Administrator has attempted to have the following
checks cleared through the North Star State Bank and,

WHEREAS, the Clerk-Administrator is desirous of drawing them off the
books for accounting purposes.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of
Falcon Heights to authorize the Clerk-Administrator to cancel the aforementioned
checks and adjust the cash in the General Fund Ledger.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly
seconded by Mayor Warkentien and upon a vote being taken thereon, the following
noted in favor thereof: Mayor Warkentien, Councilmen Black, Ecklund, Steele
and Labalestra and the following voted against the same: None.
WHEREUPON, the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
