Pursuant to due call and notice therof, a regular meeting of the City Council
of the City of Falcon Heights, Minnesota, was held on the 13th day of January, 1977
The following members were prosent: Mayor Warkentien; Councilmen Black
E~klt~nd, Steele, and Labalestre, and the following were absent: None

its adoption.
RESOLUTION N0. 77-1
A RESOLUTION DESIGNATING THE OFFICIAL DEPOSITORY FOR
THE GENERAL AND SINKING FUNDS OF THE CITY OF FALCON
HEIGHTS
WHEREAS, The City of Falcon Heights does not have a bank within its boundaries,
and in the past has designated North Star State Bank, Roseville, as its deposit-
ory for the funds of the City of Falcon Heights.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HERESY RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Falcon
Heights: That the North Star State Bank of Roseville, be designated as depository
for the funds of the City of Falcon Heights, and the City Treasurer is authorized
to deposit general and other funds therein.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that collateral shall be furnished by the North Star
State Banff as required by law.
• The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by

WHEREUPON, the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
