• Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council
of the City of Falcon Heights, Minnesota, was held on the 13th day of January, 1977.
The following members were present: Mayor Warkentien, Councilmen Black, Ecklund,
Steele, and Labalestra,
and the following were absent: None.

adoption:
RESOLUTION N0. ?7-2
A RESOLUTION DESIGNATING THE OFFICIAL DEPOSITORY OF THE
LIQUOR FUNDS OF THE CITY OF FALCON HEIGHTS
WHEREAS, the City of Falcon Heights does not have a bank within its boundaries,
and in the past has designated the Roseville Bank of Roseville, Minnesota, as its
depository for the funds of the City of Falcon Heights.
NOW, THEREFORE, ~ IT HEREBY RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of
Falcon Heights: That the Roseville State Bank be designated as depository for the
Liquor funds of the City of Falcon Heights and the City Treasurer is authorized to
deposit liquor funds therein.
• i3E IT FURTHER RESOVED, that collateral shall be furnished by the Roseville
State Bank as required by law.
Themotion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
~~, ~L y: G, ~~~s•~ ,(y' ~i ~ ~ and upon a vote being taken thereon, the following
voted in favor thereof : I~ja~~' i,Iarkentien, Councilmen Black ~cklund, Steele ~ Labales ra
and the following voted against the same: None.
WHEREUPON, the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
