Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council
of the City of Falcon Heights, Minnesota, was held on the 13th day of January, 1977.

Councilman Labalestraintroduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION No. 7?-3
A RESOLUTION REGARDING THE SAFETY DEPOSIT
BOX AT THE NORTH STAR STATE BANK.
~S, the City of Falcon Heights leases a safety deposit box at the North
Star State Bank, 1$20 North Lexington Avenue, Roseville, Minnesota,
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of
Falcon Heights, that the continued leasing of a safety deposit box in the Safe
Deposit Vaults of the North Star State Bank, Roseville, Minnesota, be authorized
and confirmed for the calendar year of 1977, and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that authority to have access to said safety deposit
box until the first day of January, 1978, and to remove any part or all of the
contents, is hereby given to the following:
Willis C. A. Warkentien, Mayor, City of Falcon Heights;
• William H. Black, Acting Mayor, City of Falcon Heights
Dewan B. Barnes, Clerk-Administrator, Treasurer, City of
Falcon Heights.
The motion for the adoption of the Foregoing Resolution was seconded by
Councilman Steele and upon a vote being taken thereon the followin11g~ votedd i
favor thereof: T~~ayor ~Tarkentien, Councilmen Black,.. ~ cklund, Steele a~ia Labales~ra
and the following voted against the same: Hone
Whereupon, the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
