Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting
of the City Council of the City of Falcon Heights, Minnesota was
held on the 8th day of September, 1977
The following members were present: Mayor Warkentien,
Councilmen Black, Labalestra and McGough and the following were
absent: Councilman Steele.
Councilman Black introduced the following resolution
and moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION 77-22
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE FINAL PAYMENT
TO ALLIED BLACKTOP COMPANY FOR WORK DONE
FOR THE 1977 STREET, ALLEY AND SEAL COATING
PROJECT.
WHEREAS, the City of Falcon Heights has entered into ar:
contract .with Allied Blacktop Company for the 1977 Street, Alley
Seal Coating Project,
WHEREAS, the scope of work defined in the contract has been
substantially completed and,
WHEREAS, the completed work has been inspected and approved
by the City Engineer, the City of .Falcon Heights does hereby approve
final payment.
NOW: THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the
City of Fa1co~ He.i~hts does hereby authorize final payment in the
amount of `"~797~O2:tb- Allied Blacktop Company.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was
duly seconded by Councilman McGough and upon a vote being
taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Warkentien,
Councilmen Black, Labalestra and McGough, and the following voted
against same: None. Councilman Steele: Absent.
WHEREUPON, the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
