Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a Special meeting of the
City Council of the City of Falcon Heights, Minnesota was held on the
6th day of October, 1977.
The following. members were present:' Mayor Warkentien, Councilmen
Black, McGough, Steele and Labalestra, and the following were absent:
None.
Councilman Steele introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION 77-25
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City
of Falcon Heights that the following sums be
and they are hereby levied upon the taxable
property of the City of Falcon Heights for the
year 1977 collectible in the year 1978.
GENERAL FUND
$233,4b2.00
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the County Auditor is hereby authorized
to levy the following: i
1959 LARPENTEUR AVENUE WATER MAIN & PUMPING
STATION IMP. BONDS, SERIES "A" $ 4,500.00
1963 WATER MAIN & SANITARY SEWER IMP BONDS $ 4,000.00
1967 IMPROVEMENT BONDS $ 1,750.00
1974 GENERAL OBLIGATION BONDS-PARK IMPROVEMENT $ 11,700.00
The foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Mayor Warkentien and
upon a vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof:
Mayor Warkentien, Councilmen Black, McGough, Steele. and Labalestra and
the following voted against same: None.
WHEREUPON, the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
