Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting
of the City Council of the City of Falcon Heights, Minnesota was
held on the 8th day of December, 1977.
The following members were present: Mayor Warkentien,
Councilmen Black, McGough, Steele and Labalestra.and the
following were absent: None.
Councilman Steele introduced the following resolution and
urged its adoption:
RESOLUTION 77-30
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING FINAL, PAYMENT IN
THE AMOUNT OF X6,66$.44 T0. C.S. MCCROSSAN,
INC. FOR THE IMPROVEMENT PROJECT IDAHO CURB
AND GUTTER AND HOLLYWOOD COURT ALLEY AND
STREET.
WHEREAS, C. S. McCrossan, Inc., was awarded the bid for
Idaho Curb and Gutter and Hollywood Court Alley and .Street
Improvement, and
WHEREAS, Engineer Lemberg of the: City of Falcon Heights, has
inspected the project and found it completed, and recommended final
payment of said contract, and
WHEREAS, C.S. McCrossan, Inc., has completed the project and
has submitted the final bill for payment in the amount of $6.,':668..4'4,.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED, by the City Council of
the City of Falcon Heights, that they accept the recommendation of
the City Engineer and authorize the final payment to C.S. McCrossan,
Inc. in the amount of $6,668.44.
The motion fog=-the adoption of the foregoing resolution was
duly seconded by Councilman Labalestra.arid-upon ,a ~uate ;be`ing'taken,
thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Warkentien,.
Councilmen Black, McGough, Steele and Labalestra , and the following
voted against the motion: None.
WHEREUPON, the resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
Passed by the City Council this 8th day of December 1977.
