Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting
of the City Council of the City of Falcon Heights, Minnesota was
held on the 29th day of December, 1977. The following members
were present: Mayor Warkentien, Councilmen Black, McGough, Steele
and Labalestra. The following members were absent: None.
Mayor Warkentien. introduced the following resolution and
moved its adoption:

NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED, by the City Council
of the City of Falcon Heights: That the City accept the low
Bid A of American LaFrance Corporation, 100 E. LaFrance St.,

are herby authorized and directed to enter into a contract.
The motion for the adoption of the .foregoing Resolution was
duly seconded by Councilman Steele. , and upon a vote being
taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor
Warkentien, Councilmen Black, McGough Steele and Labalestra.
and the following voted against: Ngne, -
WHEREUPON, the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
