Pursuant to clue calf and notice thereof, a r~u~-ar meeting of the Village
-Council of the-Village bf Falcon Heights, Minnesota, was. held on the 8th day of
-Tune , 19 72 . The fol.l.owing membE:rs were present: Mayor Warkentien, Councilmen
Blaek, Ecklund, Stone' Taylor.
The following members were absent: None-
Mayor Warkentien introduced the .following Resolution and moved its adoption:

.DIRECTING EXECtFfION OF ERNEST MONEY CONTRACT
WHEREAS, The Village Council. has offered: Robert Weber, 100 Skillman Avenue,
St. Paul,. Minnesota, the amount of $75,000 to purchase the property located at 1708.
North Snelling Drive for the purpose of establishing-a Muni.eipal,Liquor Store.
NOj~, THEREFORE, BE IT H~ ~ Y RESOLVED, by the Village Council of the Village
of Falcon Hei~hfs: that the Mayor.-and Clerk-Administrator are hereby authorized and
drec~~ed to execute on behalf of the Village the Ernest Money Contract providing for
the sale to the Village of property located at 1708-North. Snelling Drive, a copy of
• :which contract is attached hereto and incorporated herein by; reference!
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilman Black ,and upon a vote being taken thereon, the folloxing voted
in favor thereof: Mayor Warkentien, Councilmen B1acl~,Stone ~
and the following voted against: Councilmen Ecklund, Taylor ~,
Zdhereupon the Resolu~;ion was declared duly passed and adopted.
