The fol.l.owing members were present: Acting Mayor Stone, Councilmen Black, Ecklund, Taylor.. The following members were absent: Mayor Warkentien until 10:50 P.M. Councilman Stone introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption; RE SOLII'PI ON N0. 72 -12 i• AUTHORIZING THE CLERK ADMINI5T1~'ATOR TO BORROW FUNDS FROM THE SANITARY SEWER FUND TO PAY FOR WEBERS COTTAGE INN, 1708 N. SHELLING WHEREAS, The Clerk-Administrator is hereby authorized to borrow funds from the Sanitary Sewer Fund to pay for the Weber-s Cottage Inn,, 1708 North Selling Avenue. NOtid, THEREFORE, BE IT HERffiY RESOLVED, by the Village Council of the Village of Falcon HeigY~~ts: That the Clerk-Achninistrator is authorized'~nd directed to borrow t: from the Sanitary. Sewer Fund, such funds as are .necessary to .purchase. the property located at 1708 North Shelling Drive, in accordance with the Ernest Money Contract referred to in Resolution No. 32-_0 at a rate ©f interest equal to 5 ~ per annum for a period not to exceed three months, such funds. to be reimbursed out of proceeds from the Municipal Bu. ding Revenue Bonds of the Village dated `~ August 1, 1972.
