i EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE
VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF
FALCON HEIGHTS, MINNESOTA
HELD: JULY 13, 1972
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular
meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Falcon Heights,
Minnesota, was duly called and held at the Village Hall in said
Village on the 13th day of July, 1972, at 8:00 o'clock P.M.
The following members were present.: Mayor Warkentien,
Councilmen Black, Ecklund, Stone,
and the following were absent.: Councilman Taylor
RESOLUTION .72-1~_
The meeting was held pursuant to resolution adopted`
June 22, 1972, calling a public hearing on the proposed Street
Improvements in said Village, as more particuarly described _
in the Notice of Public Hearing ordered at said June 22, 1972
meeting, a copy of which is attached hereto. No one appeared
to present his views or objections to the making of said
. improvements. The hearing was deferred for approximately
25 minutes during which time construction bids which included
said improvement were received and tabulated by the Village
engineer.
Member Councilman Stone introduced the following
resolution and moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION ORDERING STREET IMPROVEMENTS
WHEREAS, after due Notice of Public Hearing on the
construction of Street Improvements for the Village of Falcon
Heights, Minnesota, hearing on said improvements was duly held
and no persons appeared to present their views or objections to
the making of said improvements;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council
of the Village of Falcon Heights, Minnesota, that it is advis-
able, expedient and necessary that said improvements as described
iri the Notice of Hearing triereon be constructed, and the same
are hereby ordered made.

• The motion for the adoption of the foregoingg
resolution was duly seconded by member Councilman Ecklund
and upon a vote being taken thereon, the following voted
in favor thereof : Mayor Warken ti en, Councilmen Black, Ecklund, Stone.
and the following voted against the same: None
Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed
and adopted.
