Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Village Council
of the Village of Falcon Heights, Minnesota, was held on the 13th day of July, 1972.
The following members were present: Mayor Warkentien, Councilmen Black, Ecklund, Stone,
and the following members were absent: Councilman Taylor.
Councilman Stone introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption:

1972 SANITARY SEWER CLEANING AWARDED TO AMERICAN PIPE
SERVICES, 2231 EDGEWOOD AVENUE, SOUTH, MINNEAPOLIS, MINNESOTA

WHEREAS,. The Council of the Village of Falcon Heights does intend on having a
major sanitary sewer cleaning and has advertised for Bids in the official newspaper
and the following Bids were received:
American Pipe Services, BID A BID B BID C ALTERNATE A
2231 Edgewood Avenue, South,

NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED, by the Village Council of the Village of
Falcon Heights,that the Bid be awarded for the 1972 Sanitary Sewer Cleaning Project to
American Pipe Services, 2231 Edgewood Avenue, South, Minneapolis, Minnesota, in the
amount of $17,610 (Bid A) and Alternate Bid A-1 additional televising set ups at
$105 each.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilman
Black, and upon a vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor
Warkentien, Councilmen Black, Ecklund, Stone, and the following voted against: None,
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
