Heights is proposing to remodel the existing Municipal Liquor Store Building. N(7W, TH1~~REFORE, BE IT HE;~ET3X RESOLVED, by the Village Courzc~. of the Village... of ~'aloon Heights; That the Clerk-Administrator be authorized to advertise for Bid for the. remodeling and construction of the Municipal Liquor Store subject to - the specifications prepared by Progressive Design Associates, including a completion date of December 1,, 1972, .and a liquidation damages clause for $100 for each day the con- ~' tractor exceeds the completion date, and that the bids be received by August 31, 1972; by 2:00 F.M. The motion for the adcpi;~.on of the foregoing.
