Pursuant to duF~ ca1.~ a~'ad notA.c~e thereof, a regular meetitzg of t:he Village
Council of the Vi11 age of P'alcan Heights, Minnesota, was hc:l.d on the 10th day of ,
August , 19 72. The fc].a_owa.ng members were present: Mayor Warkentien,
Councilmen Black, Stone, Councilwoman Stocker. Councilman Eeklund arrived at 8:30 P.M.

Councilman Stone .n~ioduced the fol.lowix~; Resolution and moved its adoption:

Wh^.REAS, The Village of Falcon. Heights is proposing to remodel the existing
Municipal Liquor Store Building.
N(7W, TH1~~REFORE, BE IT HE;~ET3X RESOLVED, by the Village Courzc~. of the Village...
of ~'aloon Heights; That the Clerk-Administrator be authorized to advertise for
Bid for the. remodeling and construction of the Municipal Liquor Store subject to -
the specifications prepared by Progressive Design Associates, including a completion date
of December 1,, 1972, .and a liquidation damages clause for $100 for each day the con-
~' tractor exceeds the completion date, and that the bids be received by August 31, 1972;
by 2:00 F.M.
The motion for the adcpi;~.on of the foregoing. Resolution was du:i.y seconded by
Mayor Warkentien , and upon a vote being taken the:reata, t.}xr; following.. voted.
