RESOLUTION RESCINDING. THE PREVIOUS T~OTION OF JANUARY 27, 1972, APPROVING THE RAMSEY
COUNTY TOPICS PROGRAM PLANS SUBMITTED FOR THE ALTERING OF LARPENTEUR AVENUE FROM
ELi~TIS- STREET TO DALE STRET1~T
