.`.~ introduced the following Resolution and moved .its adoption:
~~ RESOLUTION. N0. 72-31~
°~ RESOLVPION AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE CLERK-ADMINISTRATOR TO ADVERTISE FOR BIDS FOR
THE CONSTRUCTION OF THE MAINENANCE GARAGES S'UBJECT TO THE SPECIFICATIONS OF FILE. BIDS
ARE TO BE RECEIVED BY 2:00 P.M. ON NOVEMBER 9, 1972,

_WHEREA.S, Engineer Lemberg presented the completed plans:. and .specifications for
the proposed Maintenance Building, whioh also included the ceiling for the
~, Fire Station and a two unit gas operated heater-for the Village Ha11,. •
,~ for approval,;

°;, NdW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED, by the Village Council of the Village
of Falcon Heights: to approve the plans and specifications and authorize and
direct the Clerk-Administrator to advertise for bids-for the construction
•~ of the N~a,intenance Building, subject to the specifications on file. It is
~~ ~ further directed that bids shall be received at 2x00 P.M., November 9,
l9 72 .

4 The motion for the adoption of the faregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Mayor ti°Tarkentien
