VILLAGE OF FALCON HEIGHT S
Pursuant to due call and notice, thereof, a Res~ular meetir~ of the Village
• Council of the Village of Falcon Heights, Minnesota, was held. on the 12th day of
~-~~~ , 19~. The following. members were present : Nlayor Warkentien.
Councilmen Black., Ecklund, and Stone
Thefollowing members were absent: Councilwoman Stocker
-Mayor ti~larkenten introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption:
kESOLUTION N0.72-35
WHEKEAS, the Vil];dge Council desires to have snowplowing and sandingfor the.
1972-1973 ~d.nter season, and lydhereas, Ramsey County Highway Department is
available.
NOFJ, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED, by the Village Council of the Village
of Falcon Heights: to authorize the Clerk-Administrator to contract with the
County of Ramsey, to :perform the snot,Tplowing and sanding for. the 1972-
x-973 winter season.

The motion for the. adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
~'~~ Councilman Black ,and upon a vote being taken thereon, the following voted
in favor .thereof : P~'iayor ti~iarkentien, Councilmen Black, Ecklund and Stone ~
and:the following: voted against:none
Whereupon the.Resolution was declared dua_y passed and adopted.
Passed by the Village Council this 12th day of October , 192 .
