VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF
FALCON H1i'IGHTS, MINNESOTA
HELD: OCTOBER 19, 1972
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of
the Village Council of the Village of Falcon Heights, I~iinnesota, was
duly called and held at the Village Ha11 in said Village on the 19th day
of October, 1972, at 8:00 o'clock P.T•S.
The following members were present: I•Tayor Zwarkentien, Councilmen
Black, Ecklund and Stone, and Councilwoman Stocker, and the following were
absent : none.
RESOLUTION ~~ 72-37
I~~Iayor ti~larkenten introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
1~.ESOLUTION AWARDING BID TO DISPLAY FIXTURES OF I~NNESOTA,
IN THE AI•ZOUNT OF $23, 795.00.
tidIiEREAS, the Village of Falcon Heights advertised for bids for the
Municipal Liquor Store Fixtures, to be received at 2:00 o'clock P.T~Z. October
• 19, 1972, and ti°~'~iEIiEAS, one bid was received from Display Fixtures of riinnesota,
in the amount of ~a23, 795.00 .
NOZ~~, TI~R.EFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Village Council of the Village
of Falcon Heights: that Display Fixtures of r'iinnesota, 1966 Benson Avenue,
St. Paul, I~Tinnesota, be awarded the contract to install fixtures in the r•Zunici-
pal Liquor Store, based on the specifications in the amount of $23,795.00.
'The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly
seconded by Councilwoman Stocker, and upon a vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof : I~~ayor ylarkentien,. Councilman Stone, and
Councilwoman Stocker, and the following voted against: Councilmen Black and
Ecklund.
