• VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF
FALCON HEIGHTS, MINNESOTA
HELD: OCTOBER 19, 1972
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special
meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Falcon Heights,
Minnesota, was duly called and held at the Village Hall in said
Village on the 19th day of October, 1972 at 8:00 o'clock P.M.
The following members were present : Tlayor ti~,rarkentien,
Councilmen Black, ~cklund and Stone, a:nd Councilwoman Stocker.
and the following were absent: none.
Council Member Stone introduced the following
resolution and moved i s adop ion:

Resolution Authorizing Facsimile Signatures
WHEREAS, the Village of Falcon Heights is desirous of
using the facsimile signature of the Mayor, Treasurer and /or
Clerk-Administrator on checks, drafts, warrants, warrant-checks,
vouchers or other orders on public finds on deposit to the credit
of the Village; and
WHEREAS, the use of such facsimile signatures will ex-
pedite the payment of bills, claims or obligations of the Village,
and will allow the Village to take advantage of certain discounts.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council
of the Village o Falcon eig ts, Minnesota, that the facsimile
signature of the Mayor, Treasurer and /or Clerk-Administrator may
be used on all checks, drafts, warrants, warrant-checks, vouchers
or other orders drawn on public funds of the Village of Falcon
Heights, Minnesota on deposit to the credit of the Village of
Falcon Heights in any bank or financial institution.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolu-
tion was duly seconded by Member Black and upon
a vote being taken thereon, the following vote in avor thereof:
Mayor Z~TarT~entien, Councilmen Black, Ecklund and Stone, and Councilwoman Stocker.
and the following voted against the same: none

Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed
and adopted.
