Council of the Village of Falcon Heights, Minnesota, was held on the 19th. day of
October .1972. The following members .were present: Mayor Z.'lalcentien,

Councilwoman Stocker introduced the following Resolution and moved its... adoption:

~+~.EAS~ the Village of Fsa.con Heights is opening a P~lunicipal Liquor Store
which will require a cash register for expedient operation and TaHEREAS, NCR
Company has quoted a price,of ~1,752~,05 for: one cash register with delivery
within 120 days and they have committed themselves to procure a-used register
in the interum.
NGW, THERE~`~OAE, BE ~ HEREBY RESOLVED,. by the Village Council of the Village
of Falcon Heights.: to authorize the Clerk-Administrator to enter in to a contract'
with NCR Company fo,r one 'NCR Cash xegister, series no. 2Z~-500 for the Municipal
Liquor Store,to be delivered within 120. days and said price not to exceed

,The matian for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Cou-n~cilman Black ,and upon a vote being taken thereon, the following voted
in favor thereof: Mayor Tr~arkentaer~~ Councilman Black, Ecklund, Stone, and Couni~oman
Stocker
and the following votedN against : none
Whereupon the ftesalution was declared duly passed and adopted..
