FALCON AEIGRTS, MINNESOTA
HELD: NOVEMBER 9, 1972
Pursuant~:to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the
Village Council of the Village of Falcon Heights, Minnesota, was held on
the 9th day of November, 1972, at 7:30 P.M.
The following,members~were present: Mayor Warkentien, Councilmen
Black, Ecklund, Stone and Councilwoman Stocker.
RESOLUTION # 72-1~3
Councilman Black introduced the following resolution and moved
its adoption;
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING A VARIANCE APPLICATION
FORA SIDE YARD SET. BACK. OF FIVE FEET.,B08 GARAGES
AND'_PARKING SPACE AT .1830 W. LARPENTEUR
WHEREAS, an application-for a variance authorizing aside-yard
set back of five feet, submitted by the Arden Hi11s Investment Compar.~y,
• for garages and parking space in the proposed multiple dwelling at 1830
bleat Larpentenr.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED, by the Village Council of the
Village of Falcon Heights: to approve the variance application for a
variance request for a side yArd set back of five feet for garages and
parking space at 1830 W. Larpenteur.
The motion far the adoption of the adoption of the foregoing
resolution was duly seconded by Councilman Ecklur~ and upon a vote being
taken thereon, the following voted in favor therderf : Mayor Warkentien,
Councilmen Black, Ecklund andCn~incil Stocker, with Councilman Stone
abstaining.
Whereupon, said resolution was /dec ed duly pass and ted.
