VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF
FALCON HEIGHTS, MINNESOTA
• HELD: NOVENIDER 9, 1972
Pursuant. to due call-and notice thereof, a regular meeting of
the Village Council of the Village of Falcon Heights, Minnesota, was duly
called and_held at the Village Hall in said Village on the 9th day of
November, 1972, at 7:30 P.M.
The following m~nbers were present: Mayor Warkentien, Councilmen
Black, Ecklund, Stone and Councilwoman Stocker.
RESOLUTION # 72-k5
Councilwoman Stocker introduced the following resolution and moved
its adoption:
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING. CLERK_AII+IINISTRATOR
BARNES TO ENTF.Et INTO A CONTRACT WITH JAMES N.
NOEL FOR Tl~ 1972-1973 WINTER. SNOWPLOWING SEASON
WHEREAS, James N. Hoe1, 1266 Garden Avenue, St. Paul, Mintaesota,
has submitted a quotation to do the snowplowing is the Village of Falcon
Heights at the rate of $15.00 per hour, for the 1972-1973 winter snowplowing
season.
• NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED, by the Village Council of
the Village of Falcon Heights, that Clerk-Administrator Barnes is herebg
authorized to enter into a contract with James N. Hoe1 for the 1972-1973
winter snowplowing season, as per contract on file with the Clerk-Administrator.
The motion for the. adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly
seconded by Councilman Stone, and upon a vote being taken thereon, the following
voted in favor thereof: Ma~ror Warkentien, Councilman Black, Ecklurd, Stone,
and Councilwoman Shocker, and the following voted against: none.
Whereupon said resolution was dec r duly passed. an do
