Resolution on The following resolution was introduced by Council-
Division of member Stone ,who moved its .adoption:
• Assessments:
WHEREAS, the property within the Village of Falcon
Heights describes as subject to avenue except North
5i~ feet and except South tili0 feet, the East 167 feet
of South ('~) half of East 8 acres of Northeast (~
quarter of Southwest (~ quarter of Sec. 15, T. 29,
R 23, local improvements for storm sewer, water mains
and,
WHEREAS, there has recently been a conveyance of a
portion of the property described above and
WHEREAS, it is necessary to reapportion the aforesaid
assessment in an equitable mariner against the existing
tracts,
NOw, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED, that the Council
of the Village of Falcon Heights reapportion the
original assessment against the described real estate
as follows:
1. The North 82 feet of South 522 feet of East 16? feat
of Northeast (~} quarter of Southwest (3,~ quarter
(subject to avenue) in Sec. 15, T. 29, R 23, shall be
assessed in the following manner:
• a. Storm sewer assessment - $191.83
b. Water Improvement - $765.06
2. Except South 522 feet; part, lying South of Ruggles
Street, of East 167 feet of Northeast (%~ quarter of
Southwest ('~ quarter (sub3ect to avenue) in Sec. 15,
T. 29, R. 23, shall be assessed in the following manner:
a. Storm sewer assessment - $192.37
b. Water Improvement assessment - $766.93
The motion for the adoption of this resolution was sec-
onded by Councilman Ecklund ,and upon a vote being.
