The following members were present: Mayor Warkentien, Councilmen Black, Ecklund, Stone, and Councilwoman Stocker. RESOLUTION # 72 -!t 7 Councilwoman Stocker introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: THE CLERK-AIJ~4INISTRATOR IS I~REBY AUTHt~RIZED TO PURCHASE 256 SQUARE YARD5 OF TOLEDO, ENAMEL RED, T2101 OZITE CARPETING FROM ST. PAUL PACKAGED FURNITURE AT A COST OF $2,12l~.80, FOR THE MUNICIPAL LIQUOR STORE WHEREAS, the carpeting olanse was deleted from the contract with Antler Corporation, and WHEREAS, Clerk-Administrator Barnes was instructed • by the Council to take bids on carpeting. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED, by the Village Council of'. the Village of Falcon Heights, that St. Paul Packaged Furniture and Carpet of St. Paul, Minnesota, will install 256 ware yards_of Toledo, Enamel Red, T2101 Ozite Carpeting, at a cost not to exceed $212t~.80, for the Municipal Liquor Store. The motion for the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilman Black, and upon a vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Warkentien, Councilmen Black, Ecklund, and Councilwoman Stocker, and the folloiing voted against: Councilman Stone.
