VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF
FALCON HEIGHTS, MINNESOTA.
HELD: NOVEl~ER 9, 1972
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the
Village (3ouncil of the Village of Falcon Heights, Minnesota, was duly called
acid held at the Village Hall in said Village, on the 9th day of November,
1972, at 7:30 P.M.
The following members were present: Mayor Warkentien, Councilmen
Black, Ecklund, Stone, and Councilwoman Stocker.
RESOLUTION # 72 -!~9
Mayor Warkentien introduced the following resolution and moved its
adoption:
A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE PROPOSED LANDSCAPING
PLANS FOR THE MUNICIPAL LIQUOR STCIRE, PREPARED
BY SEEFERT~S NURSERY
WHEREAS, the Village of Falcon Heights, Minnesota, is opening a
Municipal Liquor Store, and Seefert~s Nursery, 3622 Hudson Road, Lake Elmo,
Minnesota, has submitted landscaping plans for the liquor store.
NOW, THERF~ORE BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED, by the Village Council. of the
Village of Falcon Heights. that the plans for landscaping by Seefert~s
Nursery be approved in the amount of $919.30.
The motion for .the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by
Councilman Black, and upon a vote being taken thereon, the follgiQi.ng voted
in favor thereof: Mayor Warkentien, Councilmen Black, Ecklund, Stone, and
Councilwoman Stocker, and the following voted against: none.
