VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE aF
FALCON HEIGHTS, MINNESOTA
HELD: NOVEMBER 9, 1972
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of
the Village Council of the Village of Falcon Heights, Minnesota, was duly
called and held at the Village Ha11 in said Village on the 9th day. of
November, 1972, at 7:30P.M.
The following members were present: .Mayor Warkentien, Council-
men Black, Ecklund, Stone, and Councilwoman Stocker.
RESOLUTION ~ 72-51
Councilman Stone introduced the following resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION AWARDING THE BIDS FOR THE
MAINTENANCE GARAGE FACILITIES
WHEREAS, 'Clerk-Administrator Barnes and Engineer Lemberg opened
bids for the Maintenance Garage Addition on November 9, 1972, at 2:00 P.M.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED, by the Village Council
. of the Village of Falcon Heights, that Gladstone Improvement Company, x.315
Frost Avenue, St. Paul, Minnesota, be awarded the bid for general facilities
in the amount of $19,697.00, and that Lee Richert Plumbing and Heating,
6!~ Nea1 Avenue Soath, Stillwater, Minnesota, be awarded the bid for
mechanical facilities in the amount of $5,785.00, and that Hunt Electric,
2300 Terretorial Road, St. Paul, Minnesota, be awarded the bid for elec-
trical facilities in the amount of $2,290.00.
The motion for the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by
Councilman Ecklund, and upon a vote being taken thereon, the following
voted in favor thereof: Mayor Warkentien, Councilmen Black, Ecklund,
Stone and Councilwoman Stocker, and the following voted against: none.
Whereupon said resolution was d .duly pass and ad ed.
