• Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Village Council
of the Village of Falcon Heights, Minnesota, was held on the 11th day of January, 1973•
The following members were present: Mayor Warkentien, Counc~,lmen Black, Ecklund, Stone,
.and Councilwoman Stocker.
Councilman Stone introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION 73-1 OFFICIAL DEPOSITORY FOR THE VILLAGE
WHEREAS, The Village of Falcon Heights does not have a bank within its boundaries
and in the past has designated North Star State Bank of Rosevi.lle,.its depository for
the funds of the Village of Falcon Heights.
NOw, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED, by the Village Council of the Village of
Falcon Heights: That the North Star State Bank of Roseville be designated as deposi-
tort' for the funds of .the Village of Falcon Heights and the Village Treasurer is
authorized to deposit general and other funds therein.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That collateral shall be furnished by the North Star
State Bank required by law.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilman Black, and upon a vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor
thereof: Mayor Warkentien, Councilmen Black, Ecklund, Stone, and Councilwoman Stocker,
and the following voted against: None. Whereupon the Resolution was declared
passed and adopted.
