HomeMy WebLinkAboutCCRes_73-03VILLAGE OF FALCON HEIGHTS • Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Falcon Heights, Minnesota, was held on the 25th day. of January, 1973. The following members were present: _rTayor Warkentien, Council- men Black, Stone and Councilwoman Stocker. The following members were absent: Councilman Ecklund. Councilman Stone introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION 73-3 A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE FINAL PAYMENT TO DISPLAY FIXTURES, INC. IN THE AMOUNT OF $23,720.00 WHEREAS, Display Fixtures, Inc. 1966 Benson Avenue, was awarded the bid for fixtures and plans at the Falcon Heights Mun~.cipal Liquor Store, at 1708 North Snelling Avenue, Falcon Heights, Minnesota. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED, By the Village Council of the Village of Falcon Heights: That Display Fixtures, Inc., have completed the necessary work on the Municipal Liquor Store and has submitted their bill for payment to the Village of Falcon Heights;, in the amount of $23,720.00.. • $23,795.00 88.00 23, 3.00 Deduct 75.00 Deduct 88.00 23,720.00 Original Contract New Cooler Door Subtotal Ice Cooler Installation Cooler Door Replacement Final Payment The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilman Black, and upon a vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Warkentien, Councilmen Black, Stone and Councilwoman Stoeker, and the following voted against: None.
