• Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Village
Council of the Village of Falcon Heights, Minnesota, was held on the 25th day. of
January, 1973. The following members were present: _rTayor Warkentien, Council-
men Black, Stone and Councilwoman Stocker. The following members were absent:
Councilman Ecklund.
Councilman Stone introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION 73-3
A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE FINAL PAYMENT TO DISPLAY
FIXTURES, INC. IN THE AMOUNT OF $23,720.00
WHEREAS, Display Fixtures, Inc. 1966 Benson Avenue, was awarded the bid for
fixtures and plans at the Falcon Heights Mun~.cipal Liquor Store, at 1708 North
Snelling Avenue, Falcon Heights, Minnesota.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED, By the Village Council of the Village
of Falcon Heights: That Display Fixtures, Inc., have completed the necessary work
on the Municipal Liquor Store and has submitted their bill for payment to the
Village of Falcon Heights;, in the amount of $23,720.00..

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by Councilman Black, and upon a vote being taken thereon, the following voted in
favor thereof: Mayor Warkentien, Councilmen Black, Stone and Councilwoman Stoeker,
and the following voted against: None. Whereupon the Resolution was dec~red
duly passed and adopted.
