Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Village
Council of the Village of Falcon Heights, was duly called and held at the Village
Ha11 of said Village on February 22, 1973, at 7:30 P.M. The following members--
were present: Mayor Warkentien, Councilmen Black, Ecklund, Stone, and Council-
woman Stocker. The following were absent: None.
Councilman Black introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION 73-7
RESOLUTION APPROVING EDNA B. STEWART~S REQUEST FORA ~lUBDIVI.SION
OF THE SOUTH 911.76 FEET OF THE NORTH 172l~.18 FEET OF THE EAST
490 FEET OF THE OF SECTION 16, T29W SUBJECT TO NEW BRIGHTON
ROAD, ACCORDING TO THE UNITED STATES GOVERNMENT SURVEY THEREOF.
WHEREAS, Edna B. Stewart is the owner of certain real estate located in the
Village of Falcon Heights used for single-family residence, and
WHEREAS, said owner has submitted to the Village Council plans and data
pursuant to Ordinance No. 69, Paragraph 3, of said Vi11ag a for a proposed plan for
a subdivision of an existing lot by metes and bounds description February 22, 1973.
NOTrd, THEREFORE, BE IT RE90LVED, Said proposed subdivision is hereby approved
by the Village Council of the Village of Falcon Heights, in accordance with the
Certificate of Survey of Charles 0. Georgi Company dated April, 1972, submitted
to the Village. of Falcon Heights Council and on file with the Clerk Administrator
thereof .
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilman Stone, and upon a vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor
thereof: Mayor Warkentien, Councilmen Black, Ecklund, Stone, and Councilwoman
Stocker, and the following voted against: None. Whereupon said Resolution was
dec3.ared duly passed and adopted.
This Resolution shall take eff ect and be in force frarn and after its passage.
Passed by the Village Council this 22nd day of February, 1973.
