Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Village
Council of the Village of ,Falcon Heights, Minnesota, was held on the 12th day of
• April, 1973. The following members were present: Mayor Warkentien, Councilmen
Ecklund, Stone, and Councilwoman Stocker. The following members were absent:
.Councilman Black.
Councilman Stone introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION 73-8
A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE FINAL PAYMENT TO
LEE RICHERT PLUMBING AND HATING IN THE
AMOUNT OF $1,199.50 FOR WORK DONE ON THE
.MAINTENANCE GARAGE
WHEREAS, Lee Richert Plumbing and Heating Company, 6!~ Neal Avenue, South,
Stillwater, Minnesota, was awarded the bid for plumbing and heating in the Falcon
Heights Maintenance Garage, at 16l~l~ W. Larpenteur Avenue, Falcon Heights, Minnesota.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RES0LVEI3;"By the Village Council of the Village
of .Falcon Heights: That Lee Richert Plumbing and Heating Company, have completed
the necessary work on the maintenance garage, in accordance with their contract,
and has submitted their bill for payment to the Village of Falcon Heights in the
amount of $1,199.50.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded
by Councilman Ecklund, and upon a vote being taken thereon, the following voted in
• favor thereof: Mayor Warkentien, Councilmen Ecklund, Stone, and Councilwoman
Stocker, and the following voted against: None. Whereupon the Resolution was
declared duly passed-and adopted.
Passed by the Village Council this 12th day of April, 1973.
