Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Village
Council of the Village of Falcon Heights, Minnesota, was held on the 28th day of
• June, 1973•
The following members were present: Mayor Warkentien, Councilmen Black and
Ecklund and Councilwoman Stocker, and the following was absent: Councilman Stone.
Mayor Warkentien introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION # 73-16
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE EXPENDITURE OF THE FIRST
TWO QUARTERS DF-THE 1973 .REVENUE SHARING FUNDS, TO BE
USED FOR PUBLIC SAFETY
WHEREAS, The Vi11a~e of Falcon Heights is receiving Federal Revenue Sharing
Funds and must designate the expenditure of said funds to the Department of the
Treasury.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED, by the Village Council of the Village
of Falcon Heights, that the Council authorizes the expenditure of the first two
quarters of 1973 Federal Revenue Sharing Funds for Public Safety.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilman Ecklund, and upon a vote being taken thereon, the following voted in
favor thereof: Mayor Warkentien, Councilmen Black and Ecklund, and Councilwoman
Stocker, and the following voted against the same: 1~Tone.
• Whereupon, the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
