Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Village
i Council of the Village of Falcon Heights, Minnesota, was held on the l2th day of
July, 1973.
The following members were present: Acting Mayor Stone, Councilmen Black
and Ecklund, and Councilwoman Stocker, and the following was absent: Mayor
Warkentien.
Acting Mayor Stone introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION # 73-19
A RESOLUTION AWARDING THE BID FOR THE 1973 SEAL COATING
PROJECT TO T. A. SCHIFSKY AND SONS IN THE AMOUNT OF
$8,l~75 AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR APdD CLERK-ADf~fINISTRATOR
TO EXECUTE THE CONTRACT
WHEREAS, The Village Council of the Village of Falcon Heights has awarded
the contract for the 1973 Seal Coating Project to T. A. Schifsky and Sons, Inc.,
2370 E. Highway 36, North St. Paul, Minnesota, in the amount of $8,l~75 for
alley maintenance.
NOW, THERFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED, by the Village Council of the Village
of Falcon Heights, that the Mayor and the Clerk Administrator are authorized to.
execute the 1973 Seal Coating contract.
• The motior_ for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by Councilman Black, and upon a vote being taken thereon, the following voted in
favor thereof: Acting Mayor Stone, Councilmen Black and Ecklund, and
Councilwoman Stocker, and the following voted against the same: None.
Whereupon, the Resolution was declared. duly passed and adopted.
