HomeMy WebLinkAboutCCRes_73-20VILLAGE OF FALCON HEIGHTS Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Falcon Heights, Minnesota, was held on the 26th day of July, 19 73 . The following members were present: Mayor Warkentien, Councilmen Black and Ecklund and Stone, and .Councilwoman Stocker, and the following were absent: None, Councilman Ecklund introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTI OrJ # 73 -20 A RESOLilTION AUTHORIZING THE FALCO'V HEIGHTS VOLUNTEER FIRE DEPART?•'~NT TO PURCF~ASE: 1~, 2~, and ~ INCH FIRE .HOSE, TWO l~ I?~1CH NOZZLES, TWO 2~ INCH AUTOMATIC AJOZZLES, ONE 150 FOOT ELECTRIC CORD WITH REEL, ONE 10 FOOT FOLDING ATTIC LADDER, ONE 1!~ FOOT FOLDING ROOF LADDER WITH FOLDING HOOKS, AND CONTRACTUAL CHANGES ON THE FIRE CHIEF BODY AMOUNTING TO $300.00, .MAKING A TOTAL COST OF $I~;3~.~3.00.- Wf~ER.EAS, The Falcon Heights Volunteer Fire Department was authorized to purchase a Fire Truck Chassis and Motor Fire Apparatus on June 8, 1972, and WHEREAS, the above equipment will be used on the new fire truck. I~TOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED, by the Village Council of the Villager • of Falcon Heights, that the Falcon Heights Volunteer Fire Department is authorized to purchase the equipment. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilman Stone, and upon a vote being taken thereon, the following-voted" in favor thereof: Mayor Warkentien, Councilmen Black, Ecklund, and Stone, and Councilwoman Stocker, and the following voted against the same: None.
