Pursuant to due call and. notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Village
Council of the Pillage of Falcon Heights, Minnesota, was held on .the 26th day of
July, 1973•
The following members were present: Mayor Warkentien, Councilmen Black,
Ecklund and Stone, and Councilwoman Stocker, and the following were absent:
.None.
Councilman Ecklund introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION# 73-21
A RESOLUTION APPROVITdG THE PLANS FOR THE PROPOSED RECON-
STRUCTION OF CLEVELArTD AVENUE, i~TORTH ON COMO, CITY PROJECT
~P-0308, COUTTTY STATE AID PROJECT #16~.-020-21~
WHEREAS, The City of St. Paul and the County of Ramsey have presented
proposed plans for the reconstruction of Cleveland Avenue, north on Como, and,
WHEREAS, They City of St. Paul and the County of Ramsey desire approval
of the plans by the Village Council of the Village of Falcon Heights.
TTOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED, by the Village Council of the
Village of Falcon Heights, that they approve the plans for reconstruction of
Cleveland Avenue, north on Como, submitted to them by the City of St. Paul and
• the County of Ramsey.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by Councilman Black, and upon a vote being taken thereon, the following voted
in 'favor thereof: Mayor Warkentien, Councilmen Black, Ecklund, and Stone, and
Councilwoman Stocker, and the following voted against the same: None.
Whereupon, the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
