Pursuant to due ca11`and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Dillage
Council of the Village of Falcon Heights, Minnesota, was held on the 23rd day of
August, 1973.
The following members were present: Mayer Warkentien, Councilmen. Black,
Ecklund, and Stone, and Councilwoman Stocker, and the following were absent:'
None.
Councilman Stone introduced the following .Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION 73-22
A RESOLUTION DESIGNATING THE FEDERAL REVENUE SHARING FUNDS
TO BE RECEIVED FROM JULY 1, 1973 THROUGH JUNE 30, 1971, IN
THE AMOUNT OF $22,773, TO BE USED FOR PUBLIC SAFETY
WHEREAS, The Dillage of Falcon Heights is receiving Federal Revenue Sharing
Funds and must designate the expenditure of said funds to the Department of the
Treasury.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLDED, by the Village Council of the Dillage
of Falcon Heights, that the Council authorized the expenditure of the Federal
Revenue Sharing Funds to be received through June 30, 1971.x, to be utilized for
Public Saf ety.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by Councilman Black, and upon a vote being taken thereon, the following voted in
• favor thereof: Mayor Warkentien, Councilmen Black, Ecklund, and Stone, and
Councilwoman Stocker, and the following voted against the same: None.
Whereupon, the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
