Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Village
Council of the Village of Falcon Heights, Minnesota, was held on the 13th day of
September, 1973. The followi
ng members were bresent. Mayor Warkentien, Councilman
Stone, and Councilwoman Stocker. The following members were absent: Councilmen
Black and Ecklund.
Councilman Stone introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION #73-23
A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE ENGINEER'S HOURLY RATE
INCREASE FROM $15.00 TO $20.00, AS SUBMITTED BY
OTTO G. BONESTR00, OF BONESTR00, ROSENE, ANDERLIK
AND ASSOCIATES, INC.
WHEREAS, The Village of Falcon Heights has employed the firm of Bonestroo,
Rosene, Anderlik &"Associates, as the Official Engineering Firm for the Village
of Falcon Heights, and
WHEREAS, Otto G. Bonestroo has submitted a modification of the hourly rate
paid to the Village Engineer, an increase from $15.00 to $20.00 per hour.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RE50LVED, by the Village Council of the Village
of Falcon Heights, that the hourly rate increase modification submitted by Otto
G. Bonestroo of Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik and Associates, is hereby approved.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by Councilwoman Stocker, and upon a vote being taken thereon, the following voted
in favor thereof: Mayor Warkentien, Councilman Stone, and Councilwoman Stocker,
and the following voted against the same: None.
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly assed and adopt

Gentlemen,
We are submittr4g herewith an amendment to our contract
covering ger diem rates which reflect the present costs
for our staff in performing hourly work, We haue tried
to hnZd the cost level down, but we are unable to continu®
operating at the former schedule.
