Pursuant-to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Village
Council o~ the Village of Falcon Heights, Minnesota, was held on the 27thday of

September 19 73 , The following members were present: Mayor Warkentien,,

-Councilmen Ecklund and Stone, and Councilwoman Stocker.

-The following memberswere absent: Councilman Black.

Councilman'Stone introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption:

A RESOLUTION AWARDING THE BID FOR THE MAINTENANCE TRi7CK TO MID4IAY
FORD 1850 UNIVERS1fiY AVENUE, ST PgUL, MINNESOTA, IN THE AMOi7NT
OF $,131.00.
1r~IEREAS, -The Falcon Heights Village Council opened bids on September 26,..1973,
at 2:00 P.M.,-fora Maintenance Truck Chassis
NGW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED, by the Village Council of the Village
of Falcon Heights: That the bid by Midway Ford, 1850. University Avenue,,St. Paul,
Minnesota, ,for a new 197t~ chassis in the amount. of $x,581.00, less the total siun
of $150.00 trade-in allowance for the present truck, making a total of $x.,131,.00,
be accepted.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing. Resolution was duly seconded by
Mawr Warkentien,, ~ and upon a vote being taken thereon, the following voted
in ,favor thereof: Manor Warkentien, Councilmen Eck1Ln_d .and $tone,~,_R~C~t~,~?lwoman,Stocker,
and the following voted against~None.
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
