..Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Village
Council of the Village of F~1con Heights, Minnesota, was held on the 13th day
• of December, 1973•
The following members were present: Mayor Warkentien, Councilmen B1aek, .
Ecklund, and Stone, and Councilwoman Stocker, and the following were absent:
None.
Councilman Stone introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:''
RESOLUTION #73-32
A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE FINAL PAYMENT TO T. A.
SCHIFSRY AND SONS, INC. FOR THE 1973 SEALCOATING
PROJECT IN THE AMOUNT OF $6 Ob.03.
WIiEREAS, The Village Council of the Village of Falcon Heights ;awarded the
bid ~'or the 1973 Sealcoating Pro3ect to T. A. Schifsky and Sons, Inc., 2370
E. Hgh~ay 36, North St. Paul, Minnesota, in the amount of $8,?~75.00 for
alley maintenance.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED, by the Village Council of the
Village of Falcon Heights, that the 1973 Sealcoating Project -alley maintenance
has been satisfact6rily completed, and the Council authorizes final payment
to be made in the amount of $606.03.. .
• The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution Was duly seconded.
by Councilman Ecklund, and upon a vote being taken thereon, the folloWi.ng voted
in favor thereof: Mayor T~arkentien, Councilmen Black, Ecklund, and Stone, and
Councilwoman Stocker, and the following voted against the same: None.
Whereupon, the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
