Pursaa.nt to due call and notice th ereof, a regular meeting of the Dillage
Counc3.1 of the Dillage of Falcon Heights, Minnesota, was held on the 13th day of
December, 1973•
The following members were present: Mayor Warkentien, Councilmen Black,
Ecklund, and Stone, and Councilwoman Stocker, and the following were absent:
None.
Councilman Ecklund introduced the following Resolution and moved its
Adoption:
RESOLUTION #73-33
A RESOLUTION APPROPTNG THE MINUPES OF THE CANVASSING
BOARD MEETING OF DECEMBER 6~ 1973, DECLARING THE
FOLLOWING ELECTED TO OFFICE: WILLIS C. A. WARRENTEIN
TO THE OFFICE OF MAYOR; .GENE STEELE AND LU STOCSER
TO THE OFFICE OF COUNCIIER; RONALD J. RIACH TO
THE OFFICE OF JUSTICE OF THE PEACE
SAS, the annual Pillage election was held on December !~, 1973, in
the 'Vi3.la~e of Falcon Heights.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT HERESY' RESOLPED, by the Dillage Council of the
Dillage of Falcon Heights, that the following were declared duly elected
by a tda~ority vote of the eligible voters of the Dillage oY Falcon Heights:
• Willis C. A. Warkentien -Office of Mayor - term of two years
Gene Steele - Councilme:nber - term of three years
Lu Stocker - Councilme~r-ber - term of three years
Ronald J. Riaeh - Justice of the Peace - term of two years
The motion for the adoption. of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by Counci7.aian Stone, and upon a vote being taken thereon, the following voted
in favor thereof: Mayor Warkentien, Councilmen Black, Eeklund, and Stone, and
Councilwoman Stocker, and the following voted against the same: None.
Whereupon, the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
