Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Village
Council of the Village of Falcon Heights, Minnesota, was held on the 13th day of
• December, 1973•
The following members were present: Mayor Warkentien, Councilmen Bi.ack,
Ecklund, and Stone, and Councilwoman Stocker,,and the following were absent:
None.
Councilman B1ack_introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESCLUPION #73-35
A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE MINUtES OF THE CANPASSING
BOARD MEETING OF DECEMBER 6, 19?3, DECLARING THE
PARK REFERENDUM DULY PASSED
•
WHEREAS, the annual:Village-election was held on December It, 1973, in
the Pillage of Falcon Heights.
NOW, THEREFORE,. BE IT ,HEREBY RESOLVID, by the Village Council of the
Village of Falcon Heights, •that Park Referendum was dul~r passed by a ma3ority
vote of the electors of the Village of Falcon Heights.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by Councilwoman Stocker, and upon a vote being taken thereon, the following voted
in favor thereof : Mayor Warkentien, Councilmen Blactc, Ecklund, and Stone, and
Councilwoman Stocker,. and:. the following ~roted against the same: None.
Whereupon, the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopt ~~'"~
