Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of-the Pillage
Council of the Village of Falcon Heights, Minnesota, was held on the 13th day of
December, 1973•
The following members were present: Mayor Warkentien, Councilmen Black,
Ecklund, and Stone, and Councilwoman Stocker, and the following was absent:
None.
Councilman Black introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION #73-36
A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE MINUTES OF THE CANPASSING
BOARD MEETING OF DECEMBER b, 1973, DECLARING THE SPLIT
LIQUOR ISSUE DULY PASSED

WHEREAS, the annual Village election was held on December 1.~, 1973, in
the Village of Falcon Heights.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED, by the Village Council of the
Village of Falcon Heights, that the. liquor issue was duly passed by a majority
vote 'of the electors of the V111age of Falcon Heights.
The motion for the adoption of the fore-gaittg Resolution was duly seconded
b9 Councilwoman Stocker, and upon a vote being taken thereon, the following voted
in favor thereof: Mayor Warkentien, Councilmen Black, Ecklund, and Stone, and
Councilwoman Stocker, and. the following noted against the same: None.
Whereupon, the Resolution was
declared duly passed and adopted.
