Pursuant to due-call and notice thereof,;a regular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Falcon Heights, Minnesota, was held on the 10th day of
January, 1974-

moved its adoption:

RESOLUT'YON ]7ESIGNtATING THE OFFICIAL`` DEPOSITORY
FOR THE aE~iA.L AND SINKING., FUNDS OF THE CITY OF
FALCON HE~~TS ~ ~ ,
WHEREAS, The City of Falcon Heights;does not have a bank within its bonndariea
and in the past has .designated North Star State Bank, Roseville, as its depository
for the funds of the City of Falcon Heights.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED, by the City Council of the .City of
Falcon Heights: That the North Stare. State Bank of Roseville, be designated as
depository for the funds of the City of Falcon Heights and the City Treasurer is
authorized to deposit general and other funds therein.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That collateral shall be furnished by the North
Star State Bank required by law.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by Councilman Black and upon a vote being taken thereon, the
following-voted in favor thereof: Mayor Warken ;en,. Co~,:ci~men Blacks Bcklnnd

Whereupon, he Resolution was declared duly passed and adop ed.
