Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Falcon Heights, Minnesota, was held on the 10th day of
January, 1974.
The following members were present: Mayor Warkentien. Councilmen Black,

Mayor Warkentien ,introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:

A RESOI.i1TI.0~t DESIGNATIDIC: THE (IPT'ICiAL DEPOSITORY
FOR THE LIQUOR FUNDS OF THE CITY-OF FALCON HEIGHTS
WHEREAS, The City of Falcon Heights does not have a bank within its
boundaries and in the past has designated the Roseville Bank of Roseville,
Minnesota as its depository for the funds of the City of Falcon Heights.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City
of Faleon Heights: That the Roseville State Bank be designated as depository
for the liquor funds of the City-of Falcon Heights and the City Treasurer is
authorized to deposit liquor funds therein.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That collateral shall be furnished by the Roseville
. State Hank required by law.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by Co ~n l man Bi .k and up®n a Rote being taken thereon, the

Whereupon, the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
