Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Falcon Heights, Minnesota, was held on the 10th day of
January, 197t~.
The following members were present: Mayor Warkentien, Councilmen Black,
_~cklund. and Steele --
and the following were absent : Counci 1 ~n Sto -ken ,
Mayor Warkentien introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:

A NESOLLITSON BEGAId7ING THE SAFETY DEPOSIT BOR AT
THE NORTH STAR STATE BANK
WfiEREAS, the` E3ity :of :Falcon Heights leases a safety deposit box at the
North Star State Batik, 1820 North Lexington Avenue, Roseville, Minnesota
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of
Falcon Heights that the continued leasing of a safety deposit box in the Safe
Deposit Vaults of the North star State Bank, Roseville Minnesota, be authorized
and confirmed for the calendar year of 1974, and
BE IT FtTRTHER RE90LVED, that authority to have access to said safety deposit
box until the first day of January, 1975, and to remove any part or all of the
• contents, is hereby given to the following:
Willis C. A. Warkentien, Mayor, City of Falcon Heights
William H. Black, Acting Mayor, City of Falcon Heights
Dewan B. Barnes, Clerk Administrator, City of Falcon Heights
Treasurer
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was seconded by
Councilman Steele and upon a vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Warkentien, Councilmen Black, Hcklund
and Steele. Councilwoman Stocker was absent

Whereupon, the Resolution was declared duly passed and adapted.
