Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Falcon Heights, Minnesota, was held on the 10th day of
January, 1974.
The following members were present: Mayor Warkentien, Councilmen Black,
Ecklund, and Steele, and the following was absent: Councilwoman Stocker.
Councilman Black introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION #74-4
A RESOLUTION INCREASING THE NUMBER OF MEMBERS OF THE
FALCON HEIGHTS PLANNING COMMISSION FROM SEVEN TO NINE
WHEREAS, The Falcon Heights Planning Commission was established by
Resolution on April 17, 1950, and
WHEREAS, The Falcon Heights City Council does deem it necessary to
increase the membership on the Planning Commission from seven to nine members.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of
Falcon Heights: That it hereby increases the membership on the Planning
Commission from seven to nine members.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by Councilman Steele, and upon a vote being taken thereon, the following voted
• in favor thereof: Mayor Warkentien, Councilmen Black, Ecklund, and Steele,
and the following voted against the same: None.
Whereupon the Resolution.-was declared duly passed and adopted.
