Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council
of the City of Falcon Heights, Minnesota, was held on the 9th day of May, 197?.
The following members were present: Mayor Warkentien, Councilmen Black,
Ecklund, and Steele, and the following member was absent: Councilwoman Stocker.
.Councilman Steele introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION 7t~-12
A RESOLU~.'ION APPROVING THE PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR
THE PARK BUILDII~ AND DIRECTING THE CLERK-ADMINISTRATOR
TO ADPERTISE FOR BIDS, SUBJECT TO THE SPECIFICATIONS ON
FII,E, SAID BIDS TO BE RECEIVED BY 2:00 P.M. ON JUNE 26,
197l~
WHEREAS, Engineer Lemberg presented plans and specifications for the
public building to be located at the proposed Community Park on Roselawn and
Cleveland Avenues.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of
Falcon Heights, that it approves the plans for the park building, and direct
the Clerk-Administrator to advertise for bids according to the specifications
to be received by 2:~ P.M. on June 26, 197l~.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing.Resolution was duly seconded
• by Councilman Ecklund, and upon a wrote being taken thereon, the following voted
in favor thereof: Mayor Warkentien, Councilmen Black, Ecklund, and Steele,
and the following voted against the same: None.
Whereupon, the Resolution was declared du~.~ passed and
