Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council
of the City of Falcon Heights, Minnesota, was held on the 27th day of June, 197l~.
The following members were present: Mayor Warkentien, Councilmen Black,
Steele and Labalestra, and the following was absent: Councilman Ecklund.
Councilman Steele introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION 7l~-16
A RESOLUTION AWARDING THE BID FOR 197It STREET MAINTENANCE'
AND SEALCOATING PROJECT TO ALLIED BLACKTOP IN THE AMOUNT
OF $12,501.00 AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CLERK-ADMIN-
ISTRATOR TO EXECUTE THE CONTRACT
WHEREAS, The City Council of the City of Falcon Heights has awarded the
contract for the 1971 Sealcoating Pro3ect to Allied Blacktop, in the amount
of $12,501.00.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City..
of Falcon Heights, that the Mayor and the Clerk-Administrator are authorized to
execute the 197l~ Sealcoating contract.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by Mayor Warkentien, and upon a vote being taken thereon, the following voted
in favor thereof: Mayor Warkentien, Councilmen Black, Steele, and Labalestra,
• and the following voted against the same: None.
Whereupon, the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
