Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Counc it
of the City of Falcon Heights, Minnesota, was held on the 27th day of June, 197.
• The following members were present: Mayor Warkentien, Councilmen Black,
Steele, and Labalestra, and the following was absent: Councilman Ecklund.
Mayor Warkentien introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION 7~.-17
A RESOLUTION AWARDING THE BID FOR THE COMMUNITY PARK
BUILDING TO ROBERT 0. WESTLUND, EXCLUDING ALTERNATE
E-1, IN THE AMOUNT OF $69,876.52, AS PER THE RECOMMENDATION
OF THE CITY ENGINEER, AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND
CLERK-ADMINISTRATOR TO EXECUTE THE CONTRACTS.
WHEREAS, the following

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of
Falcon Heights that the City accept the low bid of Robert 0. Westland, in the

amount of $69,
76.62, and the Mayor and Clerk-Administrator are hereby
authorized and directed to enter into a contract with Robert 0. Westland.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by Councilman Labalestra, and upon a vote being taken thereon, the following voted
in favor thereof: Mayor Warkentien, Councilmen Black, Steele, and Labalestra,
and the following voted against the same: None.
Whereupon, the Resolution was declared duly passed and ad ted.
