Pursuant `to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council
of the City of Falcon Heights, Minnesota, was held on the 8th day of August, 19711,
The following members were present: Mayor Warkentien, Councilmen Black,
Ecklund, Steele, and Labalestra, and the following were absent: None.
Councilman Ecklund introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION #711-19
COMMENDATION FOR SERVICES TO LU STOCKER AS COUNCILWOMAN
FROM AUGUST, 1972 TO JUNE, 197.

WHEREAS, Lu Stocker as ably served as Councilwoman in the City of Falcon
Heights from August 1, 1972 to June 1, 19711.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RE90LVED, by the City Council of the City
of Falcon Heights: On behalf of the Council and of the citizens of the
City of Falcon Heights, that it expresses its t.Fianks and appreciation to LU
STOCKER, in recognition of her outstanding service to the Community and to
the r~eople of Falcon Heights.
The motion for the adoption of the .foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by Councilman Labalestra, and upon a vote being taken thereon, the following
voted in favor thereof: Mayor Warkentien, Councilmen Black, Ecklund, Steele,
and Labalestra, and the following voted against the same: None.
Whereupon, the Resolution was
declared du1 :passed and adop ed.
