Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council
of the City of Fal con Heights, Minnesota was held on the 12th day of September,
1971.
The following members were present: Mayor Warkentien, Councilmen Slack,
Ecklund, Steele, and Labalestra, and the following was absent: None.
Councilman Ecklund introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION #71~-20
A RESOLUTION APPROPING THE FINAL PAYMENT TO
ALLIED BLACKTOPPING COMPANY, FOR THE 19711
SEALCOATING PROJECT IN THE AMOUNT OF $11,601.09
WHEREAS, The City Council of the City of Falcon Heights awarded the bid for
the 1971 Sealcoating Project to Allied Blacktopping Companpr, 3601 lx8th Avenue
North, Minneapolis, Minnesota, in the amount of $11,601.09, for sealcoating
and street maintenance.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE 1'P HEREBY RESOQ,VED, by the City Cowzcil of the City of
Falcon Heights, that the 1971 Sealcoating Project and street maintenance has been
satisfactorily completed, and the Council authorizes final paymetrt to be made
in the amount of $606.03.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by Councilman Steele, and upon a vote being taken thereon, the following voted
• in favor thereof: Mayor Warkerrtien, Councilmen Black, Ecklund, Steele, and
Labalestra, and the following mooted against the same: None.
Whereupon, the Resolution was declared duly passed and ad ~.
